At Mentoroza, we are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency in how we handle session scheduling, cancellations, and refund requests. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which our services may be rescheduled or refunded.

As a provider of session-based support, we offer structured time with professionals, not physical products. Therefore, our policies are aligned with service-based standards and applicable consumer rights under Canadian law.

2. Scope of Services Covered
This policy applies to individual or package-based coaching sessions booked directly through the Mentoroza website or via direct contact. It covers:

Pre-scheduled individual sessions
Introductory consultation sessions
Multi-session planning packages

Group programs, workshops, or third-party-hosted sessions may be governed by additional terms provided at the time of registration.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us in writing (email) with appropriate notice:

24 hours or more before the scheduled session:
→ You may reschedule at no cost, or request a full refund.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
→ The session is considered confirmed and is non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

No-shows without prior notice:
→ The session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

You cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance
We (Mentoroza) cancel or are unable to deliver a confirmed session
A technical or administrative issue on our part prevents access to your scheduled service
We do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes, as coaching is a collaborative process with variable progress across individuals.

5. Refund Method and Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account
No cash or third-party reimbursements are issued
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Questions and Disputes
If you believe a charge was applied in error, or have questions about a cancellation, please contact us. We are committed to resolving concerns in a respectful and timely manner.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we aim to provide a fair response based on this policy and the nature of the service.
